Guidelines and Disclaimers

 

Sapphire Membership

 

  • Enjoy your membership benefits from date of purchase, length of membership is 12 months automatically renewing on anniversary date of purchase.  

  • The Concierge will be available during normal, Club business hours, 11 am to 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. If the Concierge is unavailable, the call will be returned in a timely manner. 

  • Free booths and tables as part of your benefits are not able to be reserved online or at the Box Office and must be reserved through the Concierge. All booths and tables are based on availability. If your desired booth or table level is sold out, we will seat you in the next available tier of seating. Both early and late shows on New Year’s Eve are excluded from the membership benefits and may not be used as the free booth/table.

  • Membership includes one (1) rental of either the entire Blue Note Napa club or the JaM Cellars Ballroom once per year, subject to venue availability. This benefit waives the venue rental fee ONLY. All associated expenses, to include, but not limited to; food, beverage, equipment rentals, labor, and talent, audio, lighting, video and tax, gratuity and service charges will be additional. Standard cancellation policy will apply. *The venue must be booked either directly by the Member or an organization to which the Member is directly affiliated.

  • All monthly and yearly membership benefits do not accrue. By way of example, if members do not use their free booth/table in a given month it cannot be used any other time, similarly if the venue rental is not used in a given membership year it cannot be used the following or any other year.

  • No unused membership benefits are redeemable for any other benefits or cash value. Membership benefits may not be resold.

  • Charles Krug wine tasting experiences are subject to availability at Charles Krug Estates. Blue Note Napa has no control of the schedule at Charles Krug Estates or who will be hosting the tastings. Transportation to and from Charles Krug Estates is not included in the membership. Please contact your Concierge to make these arrangements.

  • Arrangements at Blue Note Hawaii and Blue Note New York do not include travel or accommodations to these locations.

  • Food and Beverage are not included with any benefit unless otherwise specifically indicated.

  • Ownership of Sapphire Membership packages are not transferable and may not be sold to others. Individual benefits within the Sapphire Package are transferable to family, friends and clients. Please contact you Concierge to make these arrangements.

  • Rules and Regulations are subject to change with written notice from BNNV,  LLC

Royal Blue Membership

​

  • Enjoy your membership benefits from date of purchase, length of membership is 12 months automatically renewing on anniversary date of purchase.  

  • Arrangements for one (1) per year free reserved booth/table and tickets shall be made through the Box Office, not online. Please give us your membership number when you call. All booths and tables are based on availability. If your desired booth or table level is sold out, we will seat you in the next available tier of seating. Both early and late shows on New Year’s Eve are excluded from the membership benefits and may not be used as the free booth/table.

  • Royal Blue membership benefits are not transferable. The named member must be in attendance to receive membership benefits.

  • All monthly and yearly membership benefits do not accrue. By way of example, if members do not use their free booth/table in a given year, it may not be used any other time.

  • No corkage fee is limited to two bottles per visit, does not include gratuity. 

  • No unused membership benefits are redeemable for any other benefits or cash value. Membership benefits may not be resold.

  • Charles Krug wine tasting experiences are subject to availability at Charles Krug Estates and must be booked through Blue Note box office. Blue Note Napa has no control of the schedule at Charles Krug Estates or who will be hosting the tastings. Transportation to and from Charles Krug Estates is not included in the membership. Please contact the Blue Note box office to make these arrangements.
